Dodge Charger 1969 Description
***Relisted due to eBay user redde_regin hitting the buy it now with no intention to complete the transaction***JMC is proud to offer my personal 1969 Dodge Charger R/T. Its a REAL Charger R/T with A33 Track Pack Option which includes a 440 Magnum-4 Speed Hurst Shifter Trans- Dana 3:54:1. Its matching numbers (except the trans) meaning the radiator support. dash vin. door sticker. trunk drip rail hidden vin and of course the engine block all match. The car came out of Kentucky and was restored about 10 years ago. The motor was built to factory specs. trans was rebuilt and Dana was gone through. I would rate the Paint and body a 9 out of 10. Its painted in its original R4 Bright Red color. The body lines are near perfect. doors. hood and trunk gaps are great. The interior. engine compartment. trunk and under side speak for themselves. I have only driven the car about 200 miles in the last 8 or so years. Its always been stored and maintained in a climate controlled environment. It runs great. shifts smooth no odd noises or rattles. It currently has an Edelbrock 1407 carb but the original carb goes with the car. It has a Mopar performance "Orange box" ignition kit installed. Everything on the car was gone through when it was restored except the dash gages. they are nice and original (all gages work but when I drove the car today the speedo worked intermittently) and the mileage of 63k is believed to be accurate based on the condition of the car prior to the restoration. It was super solid and straight. I believe I am the fourth owner. There is a picture of the fender tag for any one who wants to verify its options and the A33. It is a radio delete car but the original owner added the am radio available in 1969. No power steering or power brakes-just go fast in a straight line car! Its also a very early build car. It was built on 8/30/1968 which makes it one of the first 1969 Chargers built. You have to ask yourself how many REAL 1969 CHARGER R/T's with the A33 and matching numbers plus build sheet can be left??? Not to mention desirable original color combos R4 and black interior. Mopar or Pontiac trades will be considered. Please ask all questions prior to making an offer because an accepted offer is a binding contract. Inspections are welcome and encouraged. The car is located in CT. 6478. A $500 NON REFUNDABLE deposit via PayPal is due with in 48 hours. The balance can be paid by bank check or cash at pick up. The car will not be released until all funds clear. The car can be stored free at its current location until shipping arrangements can be made. I will assist with shipping any way I can however all shipping costs are the buyers responsibility. International bidders are welcome. All serious offers will be considered but if the car doesn't sell it will be put back into storage. Don't miss this one!!!Thanks for looking and remember its. MOPAR OR NO CAR!!!!***I've had a lot of people ask why I want to sell the car. Its to fund a college education for my son. *** Serious buyers can contact me at 203-278-4276.
