Dodge Ram Van 1987 Description
I am re-posting due to a non-paying bidder by the name of "evernhandee". All original good condition with 103,xxx miles, 318 auto. Would make a good fishing/camping vehicle or family van. The original paint shows some age but still decent. To make perfect it has a cracked windshield ($160 @ Safelite), the driver's seat is torn on the base, it needs a lower door pin on one of the side doors, and the a/c compressor wire needs reconnected. It has had the radiator flushed, oil change, air filter, EGR valve, greased, etc. The small EGR light remains on which is some error as it has been replaced.Runs great. A rare find that had been Z-barted for rust so it lasted. I have tried to be as honest as possible with the condition of this van but it is a used vehicle and as such no warranty is expressed or implied. You are invited to come take a look. The van is for sale locally so I reserve the right to end the auction early. Any questions feel free to call at: (618) 975-9772On Sep-17-16 at 08:57:16 PDT, seller added the following information:Note: There is a little hesitation in the carburetor so it may need cleaned or rebuilt at some point.
On Sep-19-16 at 12:47:59 PDT, seller added the following information:Note: I found the reason for the EGR light being on is the catalytic converter is clogged and I believe causing the engine to bog a little under full power so I don't think it is the carburetor, beyond that it idles and runs great. I am lowering the buy-now price to reflect the inconvenience. If I had the time I'd just take it off as emissions testing isn't required on older vehicles here.
