We have enjoyed this car for close to ten years, regularly maintained the car including recent exhaust replacement with correct pipes, resonator, mufflers with Chrysler Pentastar and NOS chrome tips. The tires are also brand new. The rallye gauges, gull-wing spoiler and overdrive transmission was added.
Interesting facts:
Dodge did not build a 1971 "R/T" convertible. Only R/T hardtops were made in 71. However, Plymouth made 1971 'Cuda convertibles with optional 340, 383, 440-6 barrel and the hemi. This particular Challenger with 340 and a great color combo is a Value in the collector car/musclecar market. A similar 'Cuda 340 in Curious yellow paint would bring a six figure hammer price in the upcoming auction season.
