Dodge Coronet 1969 Description

NO RESERVE!!!!!

1969 ½ Dodge Super Bee A12 Clone, 40, emi 4-Speed

If you were serious about going fast in 1969, he Dodge store was where you should have been shopping. They were so serious, n fact, hat they built these incredible A12-code cars with 440 cubic inches, hree 2-barrel carbs, nd a wild lift-off fiberglass hood. In fact, hey were serious enough to forego even hubcaps on the car, nowing that racers wouldn’t need them, r better yet, ould simply be installing a set of lightweight aftermarket wheels the minute they got home. Lightweight, heap, nd scary fast was a recipe that served the Super Bees extremely well.

This 1969 Super bee A12 Reproduction is a great example of the buy-it-today, ace-it-tomorrow cars that Dodge was putting out at the height of the muscle car era. Subject to a restoration three years ago, t remains in nice condition today, eady to show or enjoy. This car can be purchased at the fraction of the cost of an original A12 car.

This car was built like the originals. There are no options on the car except for the 440 engine, -Speed and the white Bumblebee sport stripe on the tail. Personally, really dig the stripped down, are-knuckled street fighters like this – they don’t have any kind of identity crisis like some of the loaded up cars might. You wanted fast, his is what you bought. If you wanted something with more luxury, ou bought something else that wasn’t as fast. Combined with that lift-off hood, ars like this certainly separated the men from the boys.

That’s right, othing but the go-fast gear. You got a problem with that? Maybe this is too much car for you, fter all. Allow us to show you something more modest, ay, n the minivan department.

Now for some details:

-Car was stripped down and repainted B7 Poly Blue. The paint presents well and looks great. It is base coat/clear. The trunk and floors are original and clean. This car is very straight and the body lines match up good. The doors shut nice and crisp. The underside is bone dry and immaculate. You will be hard pressed to find a nicer body!!!

-Nice trim and grille

-Rebuilt 440, bbl intake. Steel Crank turned 10/10, orked 906 Heads, -pack rods, lectronic ignition conversion and headers.

-HEMI 4-Speed, urst Shifter, O Leaks and shifts great

-8 3/4 rear 355 gears

-Steel Wheels with NEW tires

-Mostly original interior, ery nice door panels and dash instrument, riginal front seat is wore and could use recovered. Overall doesn't need much to take to the next level.

Muscle car collecting is about reliving an era that we’ll probably never see again. It was a time when there weren’t as many rules, nd the factory-built cars were purpose-built weapons that any guy could put on the street. The A12s were perhaps the most pure expression of Chrysler’s go-fast, o-frills, ake-no-prisoners philosophy, nd this car is a great example of it. If you want your iron fist hidden in a velvet glove, ou should probably buy something else. If you simply want the iron fist, owever, his is exactly the car for you .If you’re in the market for some solid Mopar muscle that’ll be a constant source of pride and fun, his Dodge is the car for you! I have posted two videos and a link to nearly 60 pictures. Look everything over and bid accordingly!!!!!

When the auction has closed and the funds are clear I can deliver this car at a VERY reasonable rate!!!!
