Dodge Charger 1969 Description

1969 Dodge Charger SE 383 non vinyl top car
This is a Special edition that came without a vinyl top which I am being told was kind of unusual. Currently has a 440 in it that will start but it does not drive. I have the original 383 with Vin matching on a stand that will go with it.has rust in the lower quarters (isolated) a little on the dutchman and a small area on the driver floor. The frame rails are solid.when it was taken apart all the parts were bagged and boxed so everything that needs to be there is but obviously its a restoration project
this is the coveted B5 blue with black leather interior. it came originally with AC and a lot of other options ( I will post picture of fender tag which is included of coarse)
