Ford Thunderbird 1967 Description

1967 Ford Thunderbird
Overall very good condition! Virtually rust free, nly MINOR surface rust as shown above one rear wheel. The car was repainted years ago and needs it again!! The body is arrow straight, o major dents. Glass is good and take a look at that interior!!! It is nearly MINT condition! The leather is very nice with one small worn area on the driver's seat as shown. Dash is nice, teering wheel is cracked and the horn ring is broken loose on one side. Perfect headliner!! RUST FREE TOP AND BOTTOM SIDE!
Lots of good options:
Factory AC
Tilt steering wheel
Factory Am 8-track radio
Factory wire wheel covers
Mechanically, he car starts and runs great! I recently drove the car 75 miles and it was a joy to drive!! Straight down the road with no wandering or wobbling The 390 V8 was said to have been rebuild a few years ago but not driven. It was stored in a building for the past 7-8 years. The engine is strong with no noises or smoke.
Items that don't work:
The AC
The headlight doors (most likely a vacuum prob)
The rear sequential tail lights.
There is a box in the trunk with many useful parts including the relay for the rear taillights
To sum it up, his is a very easy restoration on a great 60's car! An easy paint job and this car would be very nice driver for next season's cruise nights and car shows.
