Ford Model A 1929 Description
This is a lakes-modified-roadster called Short but Sweet. It was the give away car at the Hot Rod Super Nationals in Berea,Ohio in 1983. The car was built by Lil John Butera and Fat Jack Robinson and many others who shared in the projectandsponsored by Stroh's to be given away. It started out from a modified Wescott body. It has a modified Buick V6 engine and 350 turbo tranny and 9in. Currie rear end. It has Inglese Indution, Sanderson headers, Tru-Spoke wire wheels, Jim Babb radiator. Hand made hood and side panels and hand formed gas tank. The interior is all leather done by Tony Nancy. Also included is a Carson style lift over top and a customcover. It is the original condition when it was given away in 1983 and used in many trade show over the years. If you want to look at Hot Rod Mags. from 1983 it was featured in April,May,June and October and a complete cutaway picture in the June issue. The car is also signed by Lil John when he was the host at the Good Guys show in Indy 2006.
