This one-of-a-kind 1927 Ford Roadster isn’t your “backyard build”. It’s a proven driver built by nationally famous Cotati Speed Shop in Santa Rosa, alifornia. It has been featured in Street Rodder Magazine, lowmaster advertisements, nd other marketing materials. It features Shadow Rods’ XL27 steel body serial number #001 and sits on a custom ’32 frame. Using boxed ASC ’32 rails and adding Cotati Speed Shop’s “ribcage” tubular center support, his frame is as strong as they get. The Ford 9 inch rear is hung with a triangulated four-bar and torsion bar suspension with Bilstein coilovers. The dropped and drilled Superbell axle out front is supported by a Durant monoleaf spring and chromed shocks. Finned aluminum Buick drums with Wilson Welding backing plates up front and rebuilt rear drums provide stopping power.
