And the biggie, ngine misfiring on one cylinder - read more below
Okay, e: the engine. It ran well up until a couple of weeks ago when it started misfiring. I have replaced the plugs, ires, oil and fuel pressure regulator to no effect, nd now it's blowing white smoke from the tailpipe. Uh oh, fear this is a head gasket failure. I replaced the head gaskets in early 2007 (at 107,000 miles) with genuine Ford multi layer steel ones and did the valves at that time. I'm not keen to do the head gaskets again, o it's time to say goodbye.
I would call this a project car or a mechanic's special. It's really too nice to junk, hough that's what will happen if it doesn't sell in a reasonable time. Can you drive it home? Yes, f you're not going too far. It hasn't shown any tendency to overheat, et. I would keep a very close eye on it.
Local pickup only, will not ship. Local, ace to face offers only. No Nigerian princes please, o other "too good to be true" scam offers either, lease. I will not deposit your $5000 check and wire you the rest, o don't bother asking. Car is for sale locally; I reserve the right to end this listing early if it sells.
