Ford Fairlane 1966 Description
This is a great project. Hard to find an unrestored gt 4 speed fairlane these days. Comes with a better spare fender and hood to fix the gt hood that is bowed. Has bucket seats and rear seat but is missing the console. Has some rust in floor boards and pass side quarter panel has been replaced but not a great job. Has a full set of magnum 500 wheels. Complete 390 is in it as well as the top loader 4 speed. I'm sure the motor needs rebuilt. 9 inch rear end. All vin and door data plates are there. All glass is there. Clean clear title. Fix and drive as is for the rat rid look or great restoration candidate. Thanks and good luck. Very low reserveOn Apr-02-17 at 18:38:05 PDT, seller added the following information:Added pics of the data plate and stamped vin. Both match. My phone takes horrible pics. The motor came out of a 67 galaxie. The trans is a top loader 4 speed with rug part number not sure if it is the original top loader to the car. But the car is a factory 4 speed car. It comes with the windshield trim missing in the pics. Only trim missing is the gt hood inserts. Thanks for all the questions and good luck.
On Apr-04-17 at 16:35:08 PDT, seller added the following information:Due to one ebayer asking if the car's vins matched under the fenders. I pulled both front fenders and the vin stamping there match as well with no signs of ever of any front end replacement parts. This ebayer also said the vin on the radiator support was stamped upside down. Funny thing is we have 3 other 1966fairlanes at this time and all 4 are stamped this exact way and all factory. Yes the door data plate is skrewed on and not rivetedon, but is the one to the car.
