Ford F-150 1977 Description
Up for auction is my 1977 Ford F150 Ranger 4x4. It's a beautiful vintage truck with a lot of character. It has:4 speed manual transmissionrebuilt 351m engineHolley intake manifold and carburetorHeaders with dual Flowmasterslifted on 315/70 tires (low on tread) and 16" aluminum wheelsFord Racing valve coversK&N air cleanerMSD distributorMSD Blaster 2 coilPower steeringPower brakes Front discsLots of new small parts and maintenance items& more
There has been many thousands of dollars invested in this truck over the years as you can no doubt see. It was recently repainted the original Black. It's still a 40 year old truck so it's not perfect. I tried to show some of the imperfections in the pictures. There's some small dings in the body and the paint is nice but its not a show truck although with all of the attention it gets you might think differently. The front windshield has a crack. Quoted $335 installed with a new rubber gasket. The interior is in nice shape for its age but as you can see in the photos there is some separations on the seat and some crackling in the vinyl here and there. The carpet shows its age but still looks pretty good. The 70's shortbed Ford trucks are getting very hard to find in even fair condition but try and find another original Black shortbed 4x4 F150 Ranger that still has the original floor pans, rockers, cab corners and trim. This is your chance to get a great deal!.
Being a 40 year old custom truck it is hard to make sure I list every little thing so please look over the pics and ask for any more info or pics so you can be confident in the truck . Feel free to call me on my cell at 775-338-3300, my name is Dave. I will be happy to show it prior to the auction closing or to allow a mechanic of your choosing to inspect it at your cost of course. Please ask for any and all photos and information prior to bidding as no concessions will be made after the auction has ended. I will be happy to work with your shipper in getting it loaded. I recently got a quote to ship the truck to Florida for a little over $1200 and that's the furthest from me in the US you can get so if you get a ridiculous quote shop around a bit more. The truck is for sale locally also. Thanks for looking and happpy bidding!
