This is a fully restored 1965 Ford Mustang K-Code (GT). GT included fog lights, front disk brakes, 5 gauge instrument panel, and exhaust tips. It has its original K Code motor (289) and transmission. It also includes 4100 Autolite Carburetor and has 289 HIPO intake manifolds. It has 3.50 open 9 inch rear end with new exhaust which includes new exhaust pipes, mufflers, and exhaust tips. It has the HIPO exhaust manifolds. It also has all new suspension from new shocks, leaf springs, upper and lower control arms, all new bushings, new sway bear, and new strut rods. It also includes all new brakes which includes new parking brake, new calibers & rotors, new hoses, and brake lines. Also has all new steering kit. It has new wheels and tires.
This car is on the HIPO registry and is a rare car because it is a GT and K code car which only 7,273 K Codes were made in 1965. This car has been fully restored with all new suspension, brakes, steering kit, and wheels and tires. The interior is in good shape with its bench seat, 4 speed shifter, and has original radio that works. The undercarriage is in beautiful shape with no rust.
This is an original car that the only difference from factor is power brakes but engine and transmission are all original. It includes the original door tag and original owner's manual. The engine's VIN is also stamped so this is a true K Code car which is in the HIPO registry.
