For sale by a private individual is this beautiful 1959 Ford Thunderbird with only 50,000 actual and original miles. Car was always garage kept and is on its third owner. The interior and engine are original. It does appear that the car was repainted to the original Indian Turquoise and white top, but current owner does not know when. All of the rubber and glass are original. The ‘Bird starts and runs like new. Everything works including the CLOCK!! No leaks and the 352 V-8 does not burn a drop of oil. The original three speed Cruise-O-Matic transmission shifts perfectly and does not slip at all. Rear differential is the stock 3.10:1 open rear.

The interior is in excellent condition and shows little to no wear. No tears, busting seams, or foam coming out.

The current owner put new brakes and hardware, rebuilt the carburetor, new radiator and hoses, tires, and shocks. There does not appear to be any body rot or bubbling in the paint. There is a spot on the passenger side rocker panel that appears to be cracked from someone jacking the car up incorrectly. Otherwise, it is very solid.

Owner is selling for personal reasons.
