Up for auction is my 1963 Ford f 100 This truck runs very well and smooth It spent most of its life in Colarado which explains why this truck is almost rust free The cab has a small rust whole on the rear bottom of the cab on each side the rest is very clean but it does have a few dents and dings here and there but nothing that can not be repaired pretty easy The clutch and tranny work fine and the brakes work really good also it has a brake booster on it so they are like power drum brakes which is something I never saw before but it stops the truck well All the lights work and directionals and brake lights even the horn works which has the horn ring which was part of the custom cab package with a headliner that is in good shape that was made with a carboard type material that I believe to be original,would look new again with a quick coat of paint to freshen it up The truck has had a recent tuneup and the points and timeing are right there where they belong It has a new rebuilt carb on it The front end seems really tight as I got under there and grabed everything and greased it nothing seemed bad maybe the U Joints just starting to show wear but not bad. This is a good old solid truck that is my daily driver so it can be driven and enjoyed just the way it is or aperfect candidate to be comepletly taken apart and restored If you have any other questions just give me a hollar and I will try and answer them I tried to put as much information as I can so there will not be any surprises The truck has a patina type finish on it It belonged to a guy that worked on the railroad that was a mechanic so I am told that would explain the spotlight. The mileage says twenty something I was told it was original but I do not believe it I am sure it turned overThis truck sure does have a huge amount of character and gets alot of looks and thumbs up I will take paypal for downpayment and not release truck until paid You can pick it up down here in S Florida or I will be happy to work with and help load but you must make the arangements for that with your shipper also the title is florida free and clear.So in summary if you want a good old truck that runs good goes down the road straight than maybe this truck is for you also I forgot the tires are fairly new,they are bias ply so in the morning thet have flat spots that make them a little lumpy but they come out after about a mile This truck is for sale localy so I reserve the right to end this auction but that is not my intention Thanks for looking and reading all this
