Ford F-250 1954 Description
Click above arrow for video of 1954 Ford Pickup Truck v8 running and driving! (if doesnt work, ry watching on non mobile device like home pc)
I am selling my 1954 Ford pick up truck with the rare V8 4 speed that has truly survived as one of the cleanest rust free trucks I have ever owned. I have driven this truck on many trips 60 mph with no issues. The stick shifts like butter and goes into all gears like it should. the v8 engine doesn't not over heat, moke, nocks, r misses) It handles the road the way a 1954 should.
It was original paint as far as I could tell when I bought it and as the video shows, t has been well maintained and has good tires, ew exhaust, ecent tune up etc. This summer I decided I was going to repaint the truck and sanded it to the point it is shown in the pics and video. I decided I was going to leave it original paint and clear coat it to preserve the cool petina. My knees started to give me trouble and I cant shift the stick shifts as easy as I use to so I never got to clear coating it and decided to offer it for sale.
As the pictures and video show this is a rust free truck. The floor pans were replace, he seat reupholstered, nd I added aftermarket guages that all work. The original speedometer is working. This truck is running off a 12 volt system and all of the lights, orn, ipers, eater etc work. The cab corners are rust free as pics show. The box has new wood in it that looks great. All of the glass is there and all of the windows go up and down and the doors open and shut the way they should. There is a small crack on the driver side window which I personally would not replace but if you elect to fix it,its a easy replacment with flat glass.
This truck I was told had 59k original miles on it when i bought it and it now has roughly 62k. I am selling it miles exempt as the truck is ten years or older. This is a truck that you can buy and enjoy right away with out putting any money into it.You will get tons of looks, humbs up, nd enjoyment driving this truck. It ha, as far as I can tell, he correct Ford v8 and 4 speed in it. It comes with a clean and clear up to date Iowa title that matches the vin plate in the glove box ready for you to register.. I am keeping my plate, late toppers, nd dash magnets as they are part of my collection. This is a truck that if you win, ou can fly in and drive it home or I can help recommend shippers I have used who have been very reasonable.
To sum it up, his is one of my favorite trucks because it always started, ever gave me any trouble on the road, nd got lots of looks anywhere I went. Only selling it as my knees are getting bad and I cant drive the stick clutch any longer. As everyones opinion of what a daily driver classic truck should be is different, recommend you come and inspect the truck by appointment or hire ebay to do a independant inspection for you before placing a bid. I require a 500 dollar non refundable deposit within 24 hours of auction end. If I do not get the deposit within the time frame or before you come for the truck, will assume you are a dreamer or a scammer and not serious about buying it. If you have any questions at all call 563 568 5111, 63 568 1182 or 563 568 1186. thanks!
