Ford Ranchero 1967 Description

1967 Ranchero rare car black on black 390 4 spd. manual trans with power brake delete and power steering delete (as per Marti report )Originally a 390 4 spd car now it has the venerable C-6 trans (still has the swing pedals in it ) we bought it this way with the C-6 in it however it still has a 390 in it it's mildly built 9:1 motor with a cam and roller rockers Edelbrock alum. intake holley double pumper carb headers and Flowmasters runs and sounds great. nbsp;Weld wheels and new tires 9" rear. If you look at the pictures you'll notice that the bed and tailgate are perfect doesn't look like it's ever been used as a truck it's been repainted in the original black looks ok not perfect but ok there is a lot of paint on it if you wanted to color sand and buff no orange peel just a few sags the body is straight and the panels line up good there are a few pinholes of rust in the toeboards only (none in the usual places like the spare tire well only toeboards)and I do have new toeboards in boxes as well as new carpet and insulation both of which are still in boxes as well grill and bumpers are straight. It was bought as a father son deal and son decided that he really didn't want to do it so it's gone because I've got enough to do with other projects 67 rancheros are getting very hard to find in decent shape they are one year only cars and this one is rare and nice have( Marti report) Nada Values are as follows High Retail :$27. 00. 00 Average Retail : $16. 00. 00 and Low Retail : $9. 50. 00 And that's without considering the fact that this was an original black on black 390 4 spd. car my son and I were going to put a manual trans back in it just because WOW A BIG BLOCK RANCHERO WHAT A BLAST THAT WOULD BE TO DRIVE and really when was the last time you saw one ? This is a great candidate for a full restoration or just drive it as it is either way it is a great car !!! and the registration is current the mileage only reads 21796 mi. but I'm reasonably certain that it's been around once I mean it's only 48 years old just think no smog issues ever the pictures show that it's dirty under hood as well as exterior that's is because it has been sitting for a while until recently in the driveway and yes that is an aluminum radiator in it
