Ford Mustang 1965 Description

**DO NOT BID IF YOU HAVE NO INTENTION OF BUYING THE CAR**
Relisting due to buyer changing his mind...
1964 1/2 Ford Mustang Coupe, riginal V8-289 CID, -barrel Carter carburetor, riginal C4 Automatic Transmission, riginal 12-volt generator, riginal Eaton Power Steering pump, ir Condition converted to R-134a, ower Brake Conversion, 21k original miles. Assembled in Dearborn, ichigan in December 1964.
I recently purchased this vehicle. I reupholstered the seats, ixed a few leaks (power steering, rans pan), eplaced the seat moldings, oor sill plates and exterior mirrors and gave it a good detail. The previous owner bought it in 2002 with 108k miles on it. Prior to that, t was garaged kept for 20+ years. The previous owner did the the following: new leaf springs (2011), ew gas tank (2008), ew molded nylon weave carpet with sound deadener and insulation (2015), tripped-primed-painted-clear coat original Caspian Blue (2012), ew OEM front & rear chrome bumpers (2012), ew dual exhaust (2011), ew Air Conditioning (2011), ew power brake conversion system (2011), ew 15" OEM Styled Steel rims (2008), ew front floor pans (2015). This car has XM installed and ready for activation.
The car drives great and stops great. The a/c is cold and works perfectly. The interior looks great but has minimal wear. The original owner of the car was a lady and had the seats upholstered in velour. She also had the headliner done in velour. I reupholstered the seats with new vinyl and new seat foam but left the velour headliner since it looks good and is good condition. All the glass in great shape. All windows roll up and down perfectly. The cowling is rust and leak free. The paint is absolutely beautiful but has a couple of touch up spots that does not affect the appearance of the car at all.
**Update**
Just installed new door panels, oor sill plates and seat side moldings. Not in the photo is the hump hugger center console with cup holders.
The car is sold with a bill of sale only. Georgia does not title cars this old unless it has a prior, ut of state title. Car is sold as-is with no warranty. I reserve the right to end the auction early as the car is for sale locally.
