Ford F-100 1969 Description
1969 Ford F100Ranger Shortbed Styleside. With a Stock 390 FE Block. Not sure what it came out of. Starts and runs good with no over heating issues. C6 Automatic stock shift on column. 9" Rearend. Power Steering - Power Brakes- Front Disc/Rear Drum. South Carolina truck Titled there until 2006. Great Body with above average paint. Never driven in New England winters. Lowered with DJM front and rear kit. American Racing 18" wheels 8" front - 9" rear Tires 235 -55-18 front / 275 -55-18 rear. Nothing rubs . Restosound radio. Looks and runs very nice. Great Cruiser! Turns heads and gets attention everywhere I go. Just looks Badass...... GOOD - Body/Body/Body Very nice southern truck. Underneath/Frame/Mounts are super. Runs and rides very nice. Paint is above average with a few minor blemishes. Still shows extremely well. Scale of 1-10. At least an 8. And I'm being fussy. I just want to make sure no one expects a $35K show truck with $15K paint. Wheels / Tires New. Front Brakes and Booster/master cylinder new. Holley 600cfm new. Shocks and lowering kit (King pins-tie rods - drag link) all new. Radio new. All gauges/wipers work except fuel. Speedo works fine ( not sure how accurate it is with these wheels/tires). Did I say how nice the body is(VERY). Doors close like a new truck or better. BAD - Few paint blemishes. Has oil leak. (few drops a night but will show on floor) Not really fond of the spray in bed liner ( but was done before me) Gas tank still behind seat. Aluminum trim and grill could stand to be polished but is all there and straight). Front bumper appears to be original. Very straight but a little faded. Could use new carpet but again I'm being very fussy here. Just trying to present truck as accurate as possible.I'm sure there will be plenty of questions please feel free to ask. Reserve is realistic for this truck/condition but please don't ask. Any other questions I will try to answer on the same day that it is received. Please be patient (I STILL WORK). There are a couple of local car carriers that I can direct you to and help with if needed. Thanks for looking!!!!
