Ford Hot Rod Show Car 1932 Description
The HONSTER: A 3/4 scale 1932 Ford HiBoy Lakes/Track Roadster. Built by Ed Matula @ Eroadsters.SPECS: Unique one of a kind show car. (It has never failed to win a award whenever shown). Accurately 3/4 scaled fiberglass 1932 ford roadster body with a custom Track styled nose, nd custom hand built frame and suspension, y Chupp's Hot Rods. Body features include: passenger door on right side, ull set of Nordskog gauges with a GPS speedometer, tainless steel roll bar and rear bumper. 3/4 scaled cast aluminum windshield, eadlight brackets & grill. Suspension features include: Hand made tube axle with Ford spindles, ack and pinion steering, ilwood disc brakes, ransverse spring, ustom hairpins and inboard friction shocks. In the rear is 1/4 elliptic springs with triangulated trailing arms, atsun truck differential and drum brakes with tube shocks.
Engine and 5 speed sequential transmission is from a 1100 cc Honda Goldwing motorcycle, ith a sprocket and chain transfer drive to a custom drive shaft. Engine features, tainless steel exhaust with dual HD muflers, ustom Edelbrock air cleaner and electric fuel pump that feeds from a 8 gallon fuel cell. Tires and wheels are 155R13 front and 205R7014 rear with spun aluminum disc wheel covers. Paint: body is a custom pearl white with ghost flames, rame is orange powder coat and suspension is silver hammer tone powder coat. Upholstery: Orange with white pearl Vinyl and black carpets. Dimensions: WB-100", AL-120", AW-60", op of roll bar-47.5".
The HONSTER was built as a proof of concept show car. It is street legal, ut has never been registered. It will be sold with a Bill of Sale and a statement of construction.
