Ford Ranchero 1959 Description
1959Ranchero
352 cu in engine, utomatic transmission, nd power steering. 2-Tone paint red & white. It was painted about 6 yrs ago and never reassembled. Has been stored inside all the time. Car was from CA high dessert (Joshua Tree area). What little rust is from setting on ground with 4 flat tires. On these Rancheros the headlightes where the first area to get rusted out (57,58 & 59). This one has NO RUST AROUND headlights and never has had any there. This car needs all the chrome replated (thats why it was never reassembled).A few parts are missing (check photos) but 98% there. I wasnt restoring it as a show car but as weekend play thing. You will not find a sounder '59 unless you pay $15000 or more. Slow trans leaks from setting, eft vent glass missing, nd windshield is cracked. If someone wants to spend a few bucks they could make this a true show car that would last another 46 years. Engine has less than 2000 miles on it when I got it and I drove it less than 500.
Red spray-in bedliner
Over $6500 invested, y loss your gain.
I was involved in a divorce going on 6 years and that kept me broke. I have lost all interest in this project, ow building a V-8 trike, o let someone else enjoy this ride.

This is NOTa rust free car.It has rust over the gas tank where spare tire was in the station wagons & someone used flat sheet metal patch panel on front floor boards. It is in the best shape of any '59 that I have seen in the last 20 yrs that HAS NOT BEEN RESTORED.
