Ford Mustang 1965 Description

Up for auction or trade (email particulars) is a nice 1965 Ford Mustang Fastback showing 42, 50 miles. This car is VERY VERY solid and still retains some of the original red oxide primer on the undercarriage. The underneath of this car is all original and very clean. The car has been repainted to the original code X Vintage Burgundy.

The paint is older but looks great. I have pointed out three flaws in the photos, hairline blemishes in the paint. There is also some staining under the gas cap which I have also photographed. The chrome is in great condition and so is the stainless. The car is equipped with some nice options including: power steering, power brakes, pony interior, wood grain dash, dual exhaust, wire wheel covers, and a wood steering wheel. The brakes are a little touchy but they do work well. Power steering performs like it should. The carpeting is nice and so is the dash/dash pad. The upholstery is nice, fold down rear seat operates like it should.

The car runs and drives well and has great power. I was told by the previous owner this is a 302-automatic which is not original to the car. Doesn't smoke, runs strong and sounds great. The previous owner had this car for 15 years and regularly maintained it. This is a very well preserved car and it is priced right.
