Ford Model T 1926 Description

1926 Ford Model T Touring Phaeton Roadster

This car is 98% original from what I can tell, the car is all stock and was a barn find.

The car looks to have been restored in the 70’s or 80’s, the paint is not high gloss and shiny like a modern restoration, this car’s paint is more like Henry did them originally in 1926.

This car runs and drives great for a 1926 Ford (no it doesn’t drive like a 2015).

It’s all stock, and very solid, there looks to be some filler on the cowl and under the R-doors, the doors are in great condition and very solid. The Interior is in great condition as is the top, and all tires are in great condition also, headlights and tail light also work. This car does not have a Horn, windshield wipers or a heater. (it is a 1926)

One of the top bows is bent or rusted (see pic) but the top folds down nicely. It does not leak water from the radiator, but the engine and transmission do weep a little oil. The true mileage is unknown.

This is a very fun little driver and it would also make a great Hot Rod or Rat Rod, that’s up to the buyer.

That being said a T is not for everyone, the 3 peddles do take a while to get used too.

Good luck and happy bidding

Please check my other auctions often as I’m cleaning out my shop with 25+ years of accumulation. I will also be selling more cars and project cars.

Due to the fact that this is an 89+ year old used car and I cannot control how it will be used by the new owner there is no warranty or returns. This car is sold as-is. What I have listed and what you see on car in the pictures is what I have and what you get.

I will need a $750.00 non-refundable deposit within 5 days of sale, and then balance must be paid in full within 10 days of end of auction. If not paid within 10 days car will be re-listed and deposit not returned. (I will work with you if there is a good excuse. I will not lower price though). I will not charge storage on car, if car is paid for it can be stored at my home for awhile (1 or 2 months, not a year) until shipping is arranged.

I will not arrange shipping for the car that is up to you the buyer but I will work with you and your shipper in any way I can.

I highly recommend Reliable Carriers Inc, http://www.reliablecarriers.com/ I’ve used them several times, as have friends of mine, and we have always had great service.
