YOU SHOULD EXPECT TO FIND THE UNEXPECTED THE CAR IS 43 YEARS OLD. THERE ARE DENTS SCRATCHES ETC.H code 1972 Gran Torino. A/C car but a/c is inop with parts missing. Car is a power steering and power brake equipped car. It has the standard dash pack (no tach) column shift automatic transmission. Was a bench seat car someone put buckets in it from a TBird I'm guessing. Dash is not cut around radio opening there is a a/m radio in it doesn't seem to be wired in.Good clear Iowa title that is ready for new owner's information and transfer. Also comes with a bill of sale and keys. Dash VIN and body information sticker on driver's B pillar match paperwork. Cooling charging power steering fuel system brake system front suspension rear end all in working condition. Harnesses appear uncut windows roll up and down doors open hood/trunk open no holes in roof correct keys floor pans and cowl look ok. ASK QUESTIONS IF YOU HAVE THEM BEFORE BIDDING.Frame looks ok but I'm not a frame repairer and do not have a lift to properly inspect it. From what I can see by crawling under it there is nothing obviously bent or torn on the frame.It's a 351m engine that appears to be factory complete. Has the duraspark II 351M distributor factory 2 barrel intake and carb factory exh mani's. It has a c6 bigblock pattern transmission and a 9 inch rear with unknown rear gear. Motor/Transmission are NOT original to the car.Runs well enough to load onto a trailer under its own power.Carb needs replaced battery needs replaced rear tires are too old to trust. Transmission linkage needs attention---transmission is stuck in drive gear and I'm unable to get it to go into reverse. No exhaust system lights need work. Expect things not listed to be gone broken inoperative missing etc etc etc...ask if you need to know about a specific item BEFORE BIDDING. Front windshield is cracked the rest of the glass is in good shape.I don't have any history or additional information on the car.Shipping costs and arrangements are the responsibility of winning bidder from 77095 zip code. Vehicle must be picked up within 21 days of auction ending. Shipper will have to come on a weekend or after normal weekday business hours possibly early morning. Car is in a locked area I have a full time job elsewhere shipper will have to be flexible but I will do my best to work with them to help to get it loaded.$500 deposit due via paypal within 24 hours of auction end. Remaining balance due 3 days from auction end and/or before pickup of vehicle. I will accept cash at pick up. No checks. Will accept wire transfer for remaining balance but it must fully process before release of vehicle.I've described this vehicle as best as I can. I'm not a professional mechanic and may have missed something.
