Ford Mustang 1967 Description

1967 Mustang coupe: Its powered by a rebuilt and documented 289 engine connected with a C4 automatic transmission. The burgandy paint looks good the black interior is real nice. The car has power steering and power brakes disc in front. The vinyl top is like new the Goodyear tires good and the GT style rims nice. Documented on the title that the car came from Alexander City Alabama.

HISTORY: I cannot tell you much I bought the car from a car restoring friend that lives near Cincinnati he bought the car out of Alabama. The title does state that the car was registered in alexander City Alabama.

ENGINE: We rebuilt the 289 engine with good parts. Seal Power parts included new pistons cam bushing rings rod bearing main bearing. The cam and oil pump are by Mellings new lifters new Victor gaskets new timing gears and chain new thermostat. The machine work was done by Mid South Automotive when they did the valve job I had them put new hardend exhaust valve seats in.

TRANSMISSION: C4 automatic that I think shifts good we did put new front and rear seals in.

REAR-END: 8 inch Ford with no growls we put a new pinion seal in.

HOW ARE THE BRAKES? I think they are good the fronts are disc and the rear drums and they are power.

HOW DOES THE CAR DRIVE? Good for a early Mustang it is power steering.

HOW IS THE PAINT? The burgandy paint shine great it has metalic in it. Its nice driver quality you have to look for chip that are touched up and other things like spec. The body is straight when you look down the sides.

HOW IS THE VINYL TOP? It is very nice no holes no rips no cracks no rust bubbles under it that I see.

HOW IS THE INTERIOR? Nice with no real wear but not brand new.

HOW IS THE CHROME? Bumpers good door handle starting to dull.

DO THE LIGHTS WORK? Headlights work tail lights work turn signals work brake lights work.

DO THE GUAGES WORK? the oil works the temp and volts are mounted in the holes add on and work.

The wipers work! The horn is not working!

HOW ARE THE TIRES AND WHEELS? The Goodyear Eagle tires are good the rims are GT style.

HOW IS THE EXHAUST? Good used condition it has a good deep Muscle Car sound.

The floors look original to me!
