1989 Ford Mustang LX Convertible 2-Door 5.0L Black with Tan Top

Ford Mustang 1989 Description

Purchased car from Texas owner in December of 2006 with 61300 miles. Car has been stored on blocks in garage during winters and only driven in dry weather - 2100 miles in 8 years. This is a very clean original equipment 5.0 Mustang. There are 2 paint blemishes (see pictures): a 1/2" scratch on the right rear quarter panel and a 6 inch scratch on the bottom of the passenger door jam. The interior has no tears and the convertible top is fully operational with no tears. Motor/pump for top was replaced in July of 2014. All power door locks and windows work along with A/C. The low pressure oil sensor on the oil pan leaves one drop of oil on ground during cool down. Struts and shocks replaced at 61000 miles new tries and rims at 62000 miles. Flowmaster stainless steel 40 series mufflers installed in July of 2007. New brake pads and front rotors installed at 63000 miles. Engine is completely original except for K&N intake filter (original air box included with car). Interior is original except for new stereo. Original equipment cup holder insert is included with car. Carpet replaced in 2009.
