Ford Other Pickups 1935 Description

The body is an all steel 1935 Ford pickup. It’s chopped 3 ½”. and channeled 5". It’s on a 1949’ Ford deluxe car frame. It has a 1965 Small Block Ford 289 motor bored .30 over with original matching heads #34 and #35. FMX automatic transmission. The motor was professionally re-built by a machine shop and hasabout40miles on it. All the engine internals are brand new. Virtually everything on this truck is brand new. It runs & drives great and sounds amazing. It is painted with House of Kolor bascoat/clearcoat pearl over black. It was painted to look like bare steel but has an amazing effect in sunlight with crazy metallic mini flake. This is a real head turner hot rod and not the same thing you see at every car show. New Lake Style headers 3 ½” with turnouts & dumps are there in case you want to run the exhaust out the back and add mufflers.

Tailgate has a bracket on the inside that is welded to keep it shut. (didn’t like the rattling chains). The bracket can be cut easily if you want the tailgate to open but there isn’t access to much. But it will open and close easy if you go that route.
