This is a Custom one-of-a-kind 1928 Ford Model A Roadster and as you can see in the pictures it is BEAUTIFUL! Careful to not let this 1928 get away! What a value it is at the reserve price which is set very low! Always wish you had the coolest chopper just for cruising around town and going to the local hangout but you would rather be on 4 wheels. Then this is the ride for you Nobody would have a cooler car than you! We bought this from the estate of a collector that passed away. He had over 40 street rods and thisone was his marquee car. You can see he spent a lot of time and money building this one of a kind Hot Rod Roadster. He was a fan of Big Daddy Roth and a Rat Fink lover and it shows in the "Era" style of this Roadster the Shifter Knob and the Gas cap topper were both hand painted by the former owner.
This 1928 Ford Model A roadster has a STRONG 350 CID V8 with a 3970010 (Casting #) High Nickel content block in it and it is running very well. The Motor is all chromed-out including the Alternator Alternator bracket water neck timing cover oil pan Exhaust pulleys coil fuel rail oil fill water pump and lets not forget the 6 Frog mouth Carb Scoops on top of the 6 GM Rochester 2 Jet Carbs sitting atop the vintage Edelbrock Aluminum intake and the Vintage style Big Finned Edelbrock Aluminum Valve covers that make this such a BAD A$$ looking engine. It is backed by a smooth Turbo 350 Three speed automatic transmission and a Corvette Posi rear-end stamping AWW320E2 (Heavy duty 3.08 Posi) casting # 3899148 with a vintage MR Roadster Corvette rear end cover both of which function very well. Sounds Awesome too with the Sanderson Chrome Lake style Street Rod Headers and cherry bomb exhaust. The Tan vinyl interior is NICE including a NICE new vinyl buckets with bench seat "Booster" cushion NICE original dash with TPI-Tech gauge package nice carpeted floors nice matching door panels Polished Aluminum steering wheel with tilt column. This roadster is nicely equipped including 4-wheel disc brakes Super Bell Chrome front axle TPI Tech gauge package center brake light Color matched and pinstriped toolbox (with modern 16 circuit fuse block in it) brand new Optima battery battery cut-off switch center chrome interior mirror Chrome fire extinguisher Chrome front leaf spring Chrome Grill with color-matched shell and headlight buckets Chrome Split Wishbone Style Radius Rods. This Roadster is a great running and Awesome looking. This 1928 Ford Model A Roadster has GOOD looks and GREAT power as well! These vehicles have an appreciative group of owners any of which would be pleased to own this one. The brakes are new as is the dual exhaust and in good working order as is the electrical system.
This 1928 Ford Model A Roadster is a great investment opportunity and it is priced right! This Classic Hot Rod is in top condition from top to bottom and from front to back. It will not disappoint someone looking for a clean example of a sought after and hard to find Street Rod that is not seen at every stoplight for sure. If you have been looking but cannot find a Custom Hot Rod worthy of your hard-earned money look NO further because this is the one! The Semi-gloss Hot Rod Orange finish on this Roadster is in Very nice condition showing a few tiny imperfections and looks Great as you can see in the picture above and the 100 ADDITIONAL PICTURES BELOW! The Frame is custom built with corvette rear axles and 4- piston rear disc brakes 4-link rear suspension and independent rear end with Dual adjustable Coil-over shocks on each side as you can see no expense was spared in the building of this one of a kind street Rod. Check out Color-matched wheels with chrome trim rings and "Era" Ford V8 Chrome center caps and nice steel-belted radial tires this combination really gives it that classic Hot Rod look! This vehicle is in GREAT mechanical condition and it runs and drives very well. I drove this Model A roadster over 60 miles in town and on the freeway and the temp gauge never even got to 170. Not surprising with the high flow water pump new Aluminum 3-row Radiator and Aluminum 6-blade fan. This Model A roadster runs and drives great. This vehicle is solid with respect to the overall mechanical condition as well as the overall cosmetic impression. I also included 100 photos below. This is a nice DRY Idaho HOT ROD!
