you are bidding on a 1970 ford torino convertible. unfortunately the motor and transmission were replaced about 11 years ago - same type but the numbers do not match. this was a project car that did see the light of day until one day in LA about 8 years someone cut the brand new top and ripped out the stereo. i drove it home and parked it in the garage and have not touched it since. it has been covered in the garage so it looks pretty much like it did when i parked it. it has a 351C motor was rebuilt about 10 years ago, he heads are 2v but have been machined for pedestal rocks. there is a comp cam in it, lectric fuel pump, lectric water pump, luminum radiator, igh output alternator, ower steering. the top does work, ut needs to be replaced because of the vandals. lots of autometer gauges (tach, peedo, uel, il temp, il press, ater temp, acuum, ylinder head temps, oltage, rans temp). it has a rebuild C6 transmission with a 2k stall converter. it has not been started in 8 years but i am sure that if you put in a new battery and some new gas it would fire right up. it has shaved door handles (for those of you that don't know what that means, ook at the picture of the door - there are no door handles - there is a hidden button as well as a remote that opens the door. there is not rust on the body - i have included some pics of the door frame so show this. the front end is global west. there are crager wheels on it. front disk, ear drum brakes. i have several different rear ends, .73, .23 and 4.56 that go with the car as do numerous parts, askets, tc. we are moving out of state and the wife said this is not coming with us.
