Beautiful, ward winning Falcon Futura fordor station wagon. The car was restored about 30 years ago and now has just under 100,000 miles showing on the odometer. The car has a factory 289 CID V-8 engine, -4 automatic transmission, ower steering, ower rear window, uggage rack and a tinted windshield.
The paint has a nice patina due to it's age and there are a couple of small dents in the body and some scratches inthe paint. The carpet looks new, he seats have been reupholstered in cloth and are in great condition. The car is a great driver if you like road trips...we've made 2 trips of 1500+ miles and numerous shorter trips since owning the car. Best of all, he car is completely watertight and is a great driver. Steering is tight (even though steering effort is very light with the power steering) and the car stops straight and true with the front disc brakes. The car has the hard to find (and easy to steal under normal circumstances) "FA" gas cap with a custom lock to preclude the theft of this expensive piece.
Since owning the car, have updated the following items:
New seals on the windshield, uarter windows and tailgate
New lowercontrol arms and ball joints
New upper ball joints
New Scott Drake high performance greasable spring perches
New coil spring insulators
Installed used 6 cylinder coil springs to lower the front end
New McVeigh rear springs and bushings
4 new shocks
New CSRP Kelsey Hayes type front disc brakes and dual reservoir master cylinder with proportioning valve
New rear brakes
Rebuilt radiator
New fan shroud and 5 blade fan
Used 1974 Maverick rear (for increased tire clearance) with new axle bearings and pinion/grease seals
New white face gauge overlay
Newfront tires and alignment
Rechromed rear bumper
Rebuilt transmission
New refinished 4 piece dash plastic
New windshield wiper arms and blades

PAYMENT
A $500 deposit is required via PayPal within 48 hours of the close of the auction. Full payment is required within 5 days of successful bid. Payment must be made with cash or wire transfer to my bank. I have a clear title to the car but the car and title will not be released until full payment has been received.
