This classic Thunderbird was completely restored in the 80’s and has recently been treated to an updated restoration including a complete strip to bare metal in order to address any corrosion, ings, nd dents. A top-quality show car repaint followed, n its original Coral Sand color. This American icon starts, uns, nd drives great. I’ve driven several ’55-’57 T-Birds and this one is by far the nicest – and best looking. We have the original window sticker, wo sets of keys, he owner’s handbook, shop manual, eceipts for brake work, new soft top install, nd upholstery. The paintwork, hrome, lass, nd trim all show exceptionally well. All the gauges, limate control, nd radio operate as they should. The panel and door gaps are as good as or better than when it left the factory in 1957. Only 270 Thunderbirds were painted Coral Sand in 1957, ith the contrasting white interior, t's a real head-turner. This car was sold new at Russ Dawson, nc in Detroit, I.

A 312ci 4-barrel V8 with 245hp smoothly powers this beauty down the road and shifts gears through the “Fordomatic” automatic transmission. A power brake kit has recently been installed, dding to the comfort & drivability factor. This example also has the engine “dress-up” kit, atching color “porthole” hardtop, like-new white soft top, hunderbird chrome spoke wire wheels, atching seatbelts, nd the Town & Country Signal Seeking Radio.
The White interior is also in great condition with no notable wear on the seats, anels, r carpet. Cool design details include engine-turned aluminum trim on the dashboard and instrument cluster, long with a Thunderbird logo pattern embossed on the door panels. You would definitely feel proud taking this car out to a local cruise-in or car show.
