This mustang was manufactured in Dearborn, i. Vin# 8F02C101238. It is a C code (302 2V) and originally with a C4 automatic transmission. Disk brake front, rum rear. Originally it was lime green in color. It has approx 100 miles since restoration. The odometer was reset to zero during the restoration and the total miles are not known.

The body has been completely disassembled, laced on a rotisserie, edia blasted, rimed inside and out with an epoxy sealer. The body bolts have been zinc plated and are correct for this car. The underside and engine compartment was sprayed with an epoxy chassis paint. The underside was then sealed with an undercoating before assembly so there is no coating on the components. The exterior is a base coat clear coat finish that is very nice but not perfect. It has a few minor defects that are hard to find.

The floor was replaced with a one piece floor pan from Dynacorn. Frame and shock towers have support welds discreetly added through out to strengthen the unibody. The inside of the vent cowling has been painted inside with epoxy sealer and then sprayed with undercoating to prevent any future rust. The doors were media blasted inside and out, ealed with epoxy sealer. Door latch plates were wielded to the inside of door to prevent common cracks that form by closing of the door. Door hinges have been rebuilt and have no free play.

The Shelby fiberglass trunk lid looks great and it has the correct torsion bar hinges.

The body panels fit very well, ody is very straight, oors, ood and trunk open and close very nice. Most of the chrome has been replaced, ll of the stainless moldings have been polished and looks great. The chrome vent window frames are original and have light pitting on the inside, he outside looks great.

Glass is all new except for the vent windows and LH door glass which have been polished and look new.

Engine is a 302 bored .030, as a mild performance cam, eads have new valves and have been ported, delbrock Performer intake manifold, olly 600 CFM vacuum secondary’s, rotonix ignition and runs great. Tranny is a C5 from an 82 Mustang; it has been completely rebuilt, ew bands, lutches, ervo diaphragm and shifts great. Engine and trans are not original to the car.

New aluminized exhaust pipes with Flowmaster mufflers has an aggressive sound.

Brakes components, ooster, aster cylinder, roportioning valve, lave cylinders, ines and pads are all new. All new ball joints, ie rod ends, ct, olyurethane bushings used in spring perches, eaf spring and anti-sway bar ends.

Interior is all correct with the exception the Dash is not wood grain, teering wheel is aftermarket and the radio is not a 68. The car had a new 67 brushed aluminum dash installed because it looks cool. The gauges are original and all work. The radio is an AM FM, ush button, as balance and base controls. The upholstery and seat padding is all new. Speakers are in the kick panels.
