THIS IS A REALLY RARE "ALL STEEL" CAR READY TO BE FINISHED.
I am an old retired guy who has more desire than mechanical skills. I purchased this car so that my buddy, n old hot rod expert, nd I,couldfinish the car together.
Sadly, hortly after I purchased the car my friend's cancer returned and he has given up any hopes of ever doing this type of workleaving me with a project I can never finish.
I bought this car from a widow. She said her husband had driven this hot rod for many years as a flat bed and he decided to redo it as a pickup. It has newly fabricated fenders, unning boards and pickup bed. The driveline is all Ford.It has front disk brakes, 51W engine w A/T, 9" Ford rear end with drum brakes. The cab is all original including all original door and windshield windows.
This is a project that requires mostly labor to finish. The widow said her husband spent around $12,000 on metal fabrication, ngine rebuil, etc.Wiring needs to be completed, rakes hooked up and brake master installed, xhaust and a fuel tank.
I know I cannot recover what I spent on the vehicle but I also know I cannot finish it so, t goes to the highest bidder. NO RESERVE!
