This car was a true barn find. The last registration tag on car was 1980's, was told a grandpa parked this car in late 1970's . Speedo reads 50ks. If you would like an extremely rare (61 FALCON 2DR WAGON SLEEPER) with 15 miles on restoration please read my lengthy description. Look at pictures closely, copy and paste the sites I give to Google search bar.
I found car under old army tent in yes a barn, a rat found home in front seat so seat was re-upholstered. Rear seat is original dyed black. Car was totally disassembled and media blasted then 2 part epoxy primered. All glass original with rare ford logo nice shape, except passenger window has a small chip on top, rolled up top window channel hides small chip. I could replace it but would lose extremely rare ford logo. New headliner has a few wrinkles but in time will shrink. Spare tire cover had a crack . It’s repaired and it is nice compared to most. I ordered a new one from macs it was made of fiberglass instead of plastic didn't come close to fitting, so I returned it. Bumpers and front door panel trim could use re-chroming to be perfect. These are minor items to make car perfect. When I say this car is rare, try searching the net for a 60-61 falcon 2dr wagon selling or sold, I found one that was in Hemmings it has expired but put this site on Google searchHemmings Classifiedsyou will see he was asking $96,500.00. My reserve is way less than that. This car is also listed in Sacramento Craig list trade for 69 mach 1 . Car was put back together with as many new parts I could buy from Falcon Enterprises, 4 channel stereo with hdmi plug, Iphone plug, ipod plug, new steering wheel, knobs cables, window door crank, floor and firewall heat sound barrier installed before carpet installed, etc. All other items refurbished. Vacuum wipers gone two speed electric installed. Built 289 o balanced the works small vroom cam, electronic ignition, t5 overdrive with tail shaft mod to put shifter in right location, dual exhaust ect. All new wiring and custom 12 fuse and 4 relay panel, 16 and 18 ga wire no more 22 gauge wire, instead of high amp voltage going through ignition switch and headlight switc, it goes through relays. All systems have mate-n-lok connectors so you can unplug and remove items like instrument panel, headlight switch ignition switch ect. Has rack and pinion steering, front disc brakes, 14" disc brake rims powder coated . Have old style Ford caps don't want to install might scratch powder coated rims, a lot of people like the lug nut look… but hub caps and original gas cap is included (gas caps are easily stolen even at car shows) original gas caps go upwards of $400.00). Car has 15 miles on restoration driving to and from alignment shop. Car is turn key fly in and drive home, All this being said we've sold about 5 cars on eBay throughout the years and have received nothing but praise. Thanks for looking at our listing please feel free to ask any questions You may have. Thanks again Dale & Sharon
