1940 Ford 4 door Here we have a head turning cool 4 door Deluxe! This car was done in and incredible fashion with a bit of resemblance to a rat rod with style! So much more than a thrown together rusted box! The cabriolet top is an awesome bonus and looks INCREDIBLE! This is an ALL metal car and the panels look awesome! This IS NOT a kit car. The contours of the fenders and wheel wells are clean and all the doors shut as they should to reveal great panel gaps! All of the trim presents its self very well and the grill shines nicely as also! The headlights are clear and look great. The bumpers a true and bright! The white wall tires really bring this car to life and add the right amount of flare! There are custom stripes and accents all across the car that add a nice touch as well. Like I said before this is somewhat of a rat rod but SO MUCH more! The engine bay is super clean and the 350 heart looks and sounds incredible! It pulls great through all gears as the turbo 350 transmission hits every gear without any issues. There is so much extra chrome and aluminum under this hood it is amazing and is also not something you would expect to see when you pop the hood! It has airbags in the front for an adjustable ride along with power brakes and steering! This combination makes this car a JOY to drive and it feels amazing while cruising down the road. The interior is AWESOME with super plush custom covered seats. They are covered in a twill fabric that is the same on the door panels and the gasket seals on the doors are made of a different color twill that looks super cool and create a nice seal at the same time! The number one stand out is the custom painted dash. A red and black two tone with custom striping as well! It has a custom gauge cluster that rests in it that looks awesome and works great to boot! All of the trim on the inside is polished and shines well. There is an extended shifter that almost goes to the roof and adds to the theme of this car very well. Personally I can’t see the car without it. It has custom molded cup holders in the rear and a Sony head unit for sound. It is a nice touch of modern technology that creates a nice sound quality. The steering column has tilt and is a nice adjustable feature! We purchased this car and did not build it. We know the engine and transmission were rebuilt however we don’t know how long ago.
