Ford Mustang 1964 Description
Mustang, 1964 1/2 convertible. Very early vin# 1,327 first week of mustang production, March 16 1964! Raven black body with red interior. 260 v8 with correct date code and casting numbers, correct C4 automatic 5 bolt transmission. Many early details like stationary passenger seat, early square corner sill plates, small T handle shifter knob, original dated side glass, ETC. Correct new Black Power convertible Top, very nice original center console, Working original Am radio, 5 new period correct redline tires, NOS hubcaps, every thing works as it should. Totally restored just as it was produced in 1964, I operate a restoration shop specializing in Shelby's and Mustangs, Though I did not restore this car I have driven the car approximately 1,200 miles since I purchased it, tuned and sorted all components and found the car to be a very comfortable, dependable car to drive. Every part and piece is in like new condition. A very special collectible, investment level car that can also be driven and thoroughly enjoyed, very simple to service and maintain. Price is $59,000.00. typical, realistic restoration costs at this level would far exceed this price, certainly best to buy one done, certainly a significant piece of mustang history. Future service and storage is always available! Call, Andy, 631-599-9467
