Ford Model A 1931 Description

Listed for sale 1931 Model A Roadster. This was in my Fathers collection when he passed away. We purchased it 3 years ago in November from an elderly mans collection out of St. Louis Mo. The car has an older restoration that was done right. From my inspection, at the time of restoration all new floor pans, lower front and rear panels along with rear wheel wells were installed. Both front fenders were converted to side mounts and are really nice fenders. Left rear is a new replacement with the right rear being an original that looks nice, new running boards, side and front splash aprons, new right and left door skins, stainless steel bumpers (not cheap), Lebaron Bonney complete interior kit, new windshield and frame, rechromed stands. Paint is base-clear black cherry with black fenders. If you look in the pics, both rear upper panels along body lines are showing age in the body work that needs repaired. The rest of the car is nice. Good running motor that was gone thru along with entire chassis rebuilt with hydro brakes installed. Dad was in the process of putting new tires all the way around with getting one ordered to see if thats the side design he was after but got sick before getting the others. Since we brought the car home, here is a list of new items that were installed: new shocks (4), trunk, stainless steel trunk rack, heavy duty 8 fin radiator, stone guard, hood, sparten horn, windshield filler, and just installed a new water pump. All this came from Snyders ($3,928.00). It has been sitting up for a while but she fired up and runs good. Carb could use some work along with the lights. Listing the car with a fair market reserve.
