Ford Model T 1923 Description
Larry Carter’s 1923 T-Bucket was recently featured on Cool Rides Online’s Facebook page. His Cool Ride got such amazing positive responses that we wanted to know more about his awesome car.
Larry first heard about Cool Rides Online through Facebook and he joined the group because he loves looking at other people’s projects and custom rides. Carter owns a few other Cool Rides but non as extreme as his T-Bucket, which he purchased as a standard fiberglass T-Bucket. He went on to completely disassemble it and put his own twist on it. He wanted to build something “really different—not your typical cookie-cutter T-Bucket.” He took inspiration for the build from a Hot Wheels car that he has owned for a long time. It’s a skull car Hot Wheels and Carter decided to build his T-Bucket as the Hot Wheel in full scale.Since owning his skull T-Bucket, Carter has been featured in Rebel Rodz magazine twice, was highlighted in a T.V. commercial for his local cruise-in car and plane show in Indiana, and has had his car autographed by Trixie Roth, the widow of his idol, Ed Roth (the Rat Fink creator). He has also been asked to the World of Wheels several times and was part of the Cruzin’ Calendar in 2009. And now it is 2016 and T-Bone is still winning showshundreds of trophies so far .. Now it has a new built 355 with a new 3 2s intake and carbs .. Parts list 1965 Dodge front axle with 1971 Ply 11 in shoes and the rear is 1971 Pl, I have part # s for most parts and just put new shoes all around a two new wheelcylinders on front .. So this is a 10 yr old build and this car was built to be around for another 10 year, So if you are into Skulls and think you have the most complete collection its not complete with out this T-Bone lol Danny Koker' THE COUNT 'would like this ..Next Movie car ...and yes the Hot Wheels car and mag is included ..any questions please ask
