Ford F-100 1950 Description

1950 Ford F1 Pickup. This truck was built 10 years ago but looks like it was completed yesterday! A stock late model 1980's Ford 302 V-8 with TBI fuel injection pushes her along nicely. Coupled to it's matching Ford AOD 4 speed automatic with overdrive I have gotten 22 mpg on the highway! She sits on a 1979 Camaro Subframe, Camaro rear end and uses a Camaro steering column. The interior is nicely done in grey and has a basic stereo system which works quite well. The body has plenty of custom touches as you can see from the pictures. From the front end to the running boards to the back bed she looks great front to back, Painted PPG 61079 Orange glow (she glows all right) the truck is in almost perfect condition except for a few road chips acquired over the years and some small flaws in the paint in a couple of places which would be expected in a 10 year old paintjob!. Really not noticeableunless you get about 8 inches away! . I did go to the auto refinisher and had the touch up paint made up but I will let the new owner have the pleasure or just leave it as is and drive away! Dolphin gauges and a painless wiring harness make it a reliable machine that you can drive anywhere. She was just thoroughly gone through from front to back. The entire car was serviced, New antifreeze, tune up, front end alignment, tires and a few other odds and ends were just finished so the next owner can just get in and enjoy.
