Ford Mustang 1966 Description
This is a Rust free California TRUE mustang GT. We spent a lot of money restoring the amazing classic muscle car to it previous glory, but she is not perfect, she could use a few minor things that I will mention later in this ad. But this wonderful car is far from your average street car you find at the burger stand. THE GOOD We spent close to 25,000 rebuilding or replacing almost everything on this 66 GT. The 289 motor and c4 transmission, all the wiring, interior, chrome, paint, vinyl top,Master cylinder, disk brakes in front drums in the rear, cooling system, exhaust system. I'm sure I'm forgetting a bunch of stuff. Most all of the car was done, the motor has less then 500 miles on it she runs, drives, turns, stop and sounds great. THE BAD As I mentioned this is a very well done classic car but still needs a few things done but I decided to sell her so I don't want to put any more money in to the resto. What I think should be done first is to replace the front-end bushings and ball joint, The car drive well but I think with all the work that was put in to the car it should be done. I also think the steering wheel should be replaced with a new one the one that on there now shows allot of aging. Final thoughts I personally would call this car a 5 or 7 footer "Paint has some minor chips and scratches that don't show up in the pictures." but I believe she is a very respectable car for the street and local shows. But not a show car yet, maybe with a little more work but not as she is now. I have tried my best to be honest and forth coming as I can, but old cars are very much subject to opinion what I see may not be what someone else may see. That being said, I would be more then happy to offer the car for inspection to anyone considering bidding on the car, please keep in mind if you're not able to travel to Los Angeles to inspect the car google "online car inspection" hundreds of companies will show up that will inspect the car and take photos for you. Please call MIller at 310-409-6541 if you have any questions or would like to take a look at this cool classic Mustang. Thanks for looking and happy bidding BTW. The wiper arms and blades have been installed, right after the car wash...
