NICE OLD FORD HERE, SAT FOR MANY YEARS BUT AFTER PUTTING THE FUEL LINE IN A GAS CAN AND PUTTING A NEW FUEL PUMP AND NEW BATTERY, IT FIRED UP,,I DROVE IT A SHORT DISTANCE AND THE BRAKES WORK FINE, EXHAUST SOUNDS GOOD, CLUTCH AND TRANS SHIFTS THROUGH ALL 3 GEARS,,MANUAL ON THE COLUMN, STRAIGHT 6 SOUNDS PRETTY GOOD, OIL IS CLEA, BODY IS SOLID WITH MINOR BUBBLING OVER EACH REAR WHEEL WELL, NOT BAD AT ALL, Interior is in decent shape. the car appears to have had a restoration years ago..i only used a gas can because the car sat so long but you could likely fill her up and be fine,,it will need a full tuneup and maybe a carb cleaning or rebuild on the old one barrel, it is tough to get started. but when it did fire up, it sounded fine, no unusual noises ok knocks or anything like that..tires hold air but are shot...this could be one the road with a weekends worth of tuning up and a carb rebuild.. the lights/signals all work, dash lights too. the owner had been driving it everyday till he passed and then it sat. roof was primered due to peeling paint, better to primer it then let it rust up..this is a "NO RESERVE" auction so please only bid if your interested in buying it because it will be sold to highest bidder no matter what the bid is, the car is in phila pa 19111, feel free to ask questions or stp by and look it over. call 215-713-8913 for info ...clear title in hand
