Ford Other 1940 Description
1940 Ford 2-door sedan. All steel body with the exception of the side steps (fiberglass). 350 Chevy V8 engine with a TH350 transmission. Runs, drives and shifts great. Aftermarket air conditioning blows cold. Interior has been redone/reupholstered and is in great condition. Power steering, power brakes (disc in front), power windows, power trunk lid (up/down switch), power antenna and electric fuel pump. All lights/blinkers function as they should. All gauges work with the exception of the temperature gauge; shows hot but runs normal (180-200); tested with temp gun. I believe the sending unit on the temp gauge is the issue. 15" American Racing wheels. The paint looks good (nice/smooth) but does have some cracks in it; a couple on the hood and the rear trunk lid. It has some chips in the paint at the top corners of the doors; doors hang a little from the weight and worn bushings. Hideaway license plate drops down when the car is started. Windshield wipers function as they should, but the passenger side blade is missing. Custom tail lights, front blinkers and third cyclops (brake) light under the rear split window.Walkaround video link:https://youtu.be/iW3cEqMInF0

It does have a Rest/Salvg title. Unfortunately I don't know the history of the vehicle or the reason behind the branded title.
