Ford Mustang 1973 Description
1973 MUSTANG CONVERTIBLE
Marti Report
ONE OF 156!
Ivy Glow/White interior/White top!
Great color combination.
Convertible top in good shape,
current functions manually,
power top toggle does activate motor.
FactoryPower Steering, Power Disc Brakes, Power Top Car.
302 2V Automatic.
Just tuned up.
RUNS AND DRIVES EXCELLENT!
Fun to drive!
Good on gas!
Straight down the road at 75mph.
Very pretty car!
New Tires on used Magnum 500 rims.
Dual Exhaust.
Sounds throaty and mean!
This the last year of the Original Mustang era,
and one of the LAST big body Mustang Convertibles ever made!
Built at the end of April 1973.
Ford AM/FM Cassette Player, may work, but currently notworking.
Appears to have had one repaint, one replacement rear quarter, driver's side.
Gorgeous car with the right stuff,
but has typical New England RUST issues.
Needs floor pans,
lower shock tower work, front bumper mount area/radiator support work,
and driver's side inner rocker.
Rails and torque boxes look pretty solid.
Trunk is is pretty good shape.
HAS RUST ISSUES beyond what I can handle, maybe you have the capacity to do the rapairs needed, but definitely worth restoring to the right person.
Also included in this sale
is a brand new black fitted carpet.
All other extra parts from initial auction are not included in this auction, but are available to be purchased separately.
I will assist with shipping.
Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
I have paid all the taxes and fees, on BOOK VALUE OF $13,750 for this car, to put RI plates on her, including the taxes and fees
on book value AGAIN,
of the last owner who never registered it.
Thanks to the fine folks at the RI DMV,
it cost me $1944 just to get her legal...
It is legally registered in RI,
with antique plates on it.
I have the current registration,in my name.
So no RI DMV baloney if you're a local buyer.
I highly suggest you come to see the car
in person.
I will be driving it everywhereuntil I sell it,
andwouldn't hesitate to drive it anywhere.
It’s easy to steer and drive,
and shifts very smoothly.
Brakes are good.
She handles well, with plenty of power.
The car is located in Warwick RI.
Call me to set up an appt to see it.
