1979 FORD MUSTANG INDY PACE CAR

This pace car came with the 5.0 V8 with the automatic transmission, along with these added optionsair condition, cruise control, tilt wheel and power locks.
This car has been sitting since 2001, this MUSTANG would be great for a restoration as the car is complete. the car does roll, BRAKES DO NOT WORK, DOES NOT RUN. THE ENGINE DOES SPIN OVER WITH A BREAKER BA, there is paper work from showing the engine was rebuilt in 1985 due to low oil pressure. The car showed 75465 on it then. The dash shows 446 dash, I would assume its been rolled over so it would have 100446.I did hook a battery up but nothing powers up as of now. It does need floors they are rusted though, the gas tank is also missing along with the exhaust, headliner is falling down wiper cowl plastic is cracked passanger side front lower ground effect is cracked please message me and I can send you more pictures, the front passenger side frame rail is rusted out also. I have attached the pictures of the drivers side floor.
The last few pictures are what it looked before we washed it . I do have the pace car documents from Ford. I also have the sunroof plastic visor along with the sunroof bag. the title is from 1981 also The story is with the car its 2 Owner car and has been in the family since new.
