Ford E-Series Van 1962 Description

Hello Everybody!

I have for sale a 1962 Ford Econoline. It is the 12 Window version with Pop-Out windows.

It has the 170 Inline Six with a 3 Speed Manual Transmission.

These pictures show the good and the bad. I didn't hide anything. This is a great old van.

Clean title. Currently insured and tagged till 2017.


I have had it for a little over a year now. Here is what I have done to it:

I put new tires on all four wheels about 1500 miles ago. So they are practically brand new.

I installed a $500 four core Aluminum Radiator into it. I added a $200 Fan and Fan shroud to it as well.

I replaced the Brake Master cylinder, replaced one of the rubber brake lines and replaced the wheel bearings in both front wheels.

It drives really well now.


Here is what it needs:

The brushes in the generator need to be replaced.

The motor runs pretty smooth but I suspect it has a slight coolant leak in the head gasket.
