1948 FORD F1 PICK UP- BLACK CHERRY WITH SOME FLAKE- INDEPENDENT FRONT SUSPENSION, POWER STEERING, POWER BRAKES, DISC FRONT DRUM REAR, FORD 9 IN REAR, 351 ALL STOCK MOTOR AND C-6 TRANS WERE REBUILT WHEN THE TRUCK WAS DONE IN THE1990'S. DUAL EXHAUST- THE PAINT IS 15-20 YEARS OLD BUT SHOWS WELL, HAS SOME ROCK CHIPS A SCRATCH ABOUT 1 INCH ON THE FRONT RIGHT FENDER AND A CRACK IN SOME BODY WORK ON THE LOWER R/R FENDER ABOUT 3 INCHES. AGAIN THE TRUCK PRESENTS VERY WELL FOR THE AGE OF THE JOB.THE COLOR IS HARD TO PHOTOGRAPH AND DOES SEEM TO CHANGE IF ITS SUNNY OR CLOUDY OUT.
ALUM RADIATOR, EDELBROCK PERFORMER 4 BBL CARB, WORKING HEAT AND A/C, DRIVES NICE, CLASSIC INSTRUMENTS FOR GUAGES, SPEEDO WT TRIP, ALT, FUEL, ENGINE TEMP, OIL PRESSURE- ALL LIGHTS AND DIRECTIONAL WORK, INTERIOR- TILT WHEEL, POWER DRIVERS SEAT -NEW WIRING HARNESS, OVERHEAD CONSOLE, DOOR PANELS, HEADLINER AND REAR WALLS ALL UPHOLSTERED, CLEAN TRUCK- THE BOTTOM IS AS NICE AS THE TOP-THERE IS SOME LIGHT FILLER IN THE FENDER BOTTOMS ABOUT THE SIZE OF A DOLLAR BILLBUT THE MAGNET WILL STICK. THE BEDIS A STAINED PIECE OF FINISH GRADE PLYWOOD. TIRES EXCELLENT SHAPE, GOES DOWN THE ROAD STRAIGHT AND BRAKES STRAIGHT AND WILL RUN 80 ON RT80 AND MORE. RUNS 170 ON THE TEMP GAUGE ALL DAY EVEN IN THE HOT.
