GMC Other 1953 Description

Didn't think I would ever do this but my interests have changed.....so up for sale, not trade, is my 1953 GMC 1/2t, short bed, 5 window, pick up. It has the original 216 motor, converted to 12volts, (overhauled) that runs like a sowing machine, everything has been rebuilt or replaced (starter, clutch, carb, brakes, shocks, exhaust). All the body work is done on the cab, all rust replaced...not just repaired....and painted! Has the 3 speed manual, three on the tree, transmission. Have all the front end sheet metal, new, fenders inner and outer, grill, hood is original and in great shape. Have all the original body parts, including the original bed but have not replaced it yet. Many parts have been powder coated (seat etc). Have two (2) frames, one with dish mag wheels and the other with the original steel wheels. The truck has a good title. This was my baby and its almost to the reassembly point....all the hard work is done.....my loss is your gain. Honestly I have over $11,000.00 in it. I do have a minimum dollar amount in my mind but looking for first best offer. You won't be disappointed! I reserve the right to end the auction at any time as the vehicle is for sale locally.
