For Sale: 1978 Jeep CJ7. This jeep came factory with 258 inline six cylinder, -18 4 Speed manual transmission,and Dana 20 transfer case. The factory axles are AMC Model 20 rearend, ana 30 front diff. This jeep has 4.10:1 gears. This jeep also has power steering and front disc brakes. This is a very solid Arizona desert jeep. It is in great running condition and a great driver. All lights and switches work. The speedo recently stopped working and the gas gauge doesn't function. I bought this jeep to build for myself but have decided to sell it and put the money into my new Jeep Wrangler. I wouldn't hesitate to drive this jeep daily. It was repainted at some point in time but has seen better days. This jeep does have scratches and chips and some paint bubbles. There is a small area of rust in the rocker and a small spot below tailgate hinge. I have over $620 in receipts for parts replaced. These receipts do not include the $600 I just spent on seats and seat belts or the $600 I just spent on the rims and tires. The spare tire is cracked from the sun. I have a softop frame and full soft doors that I will include with the jeep. The fabric is gone but the frame looks to be complete. Please contact me with any questions you may have.
