This is a 1978 Jeep CJ-5 that a buddy asked me to list. He has a project he is working on and wants to sell the Jeep. It has a 360 V-8 engine with 3-speed manual transmission and four wheel drive. The front end has had some work and the Jeep goes down the road straight. It runs good and drives well. The engine had some work done to it in 2014. The body was painted red in 2014. Interior has two bucket seats with shoulder harnesses. The dash has a trio of aftermarket gauges. The Jeep has a bikini top and comes with doors and an enclosure for the rear area. The bright red is accented with 17-inch aluminum wheels. Diamond plate has been used in some body areas and the storage area behind the seats. It does not have a rear seat. The heater wipers lights turn signals work. The body does have some rust that is coming through the paint and there is some rust in the floors. The wheels are 17s with LT265X70X17 tires

It has a roll bar and a fire extinguisher

There is some rust coming through the paint on this side.

There is a hitch in the front where a winch could be added

In 2014 the engine had an RV cam installed new oil pump new water pump new timing set

Engine has been tuned and has new plug wires coil and voltage regulator - engine sounds great through the exhaust
