Mercury Marquis 1970 Description

1 owner car, as purchased new in Manahawkin,New Jersey and driven to California in 1971. Original owner drovethecaruntil 1989 when he bought a new Toyota and parked the Mercury in a barn. It stayed there until August of 2015. After changing a new fuelpump and fresh motor oil/filter, t started right up and runs smooth. Gas tank is taken out for cleaning right now, ecause old gas sat in the tank for 25 years. Been running the car from a gas can and only driven on my driveway. Original interior is nearly perfect, ne small hole on headliner. Vinyltop is in good condition. Paint is good but has a few nicks and chips. Tires are in good condition. All wheelcovers are in place. 429 cid V8. Mileage is 74547.
