Mercury Montclair 1958 Description

No Reserve Auction. 1958 Mercury Montclair. I suspect the mileage is 107988.One owner, Southern Oklahoma car all of its life. Has been sitting in a metal Quonset building since 1978 (I have the last license plate that was on the car). The owner stopped driving the car because the radiator came apart and he never got around tofixing it. Body is beautiful and has one rust through spot about the size of a quarter in front of the rear wheel on the drivers side of the car (see picture). Top of the headlights are excellent. The interior is there for patterns but has been lost to the summer heat. Glass is all there. I bought it to make a cruiser out of it. I would never never paint it!! Nicest old Mercury I have found. I have not tried to start the car because I have a 428 SCJ that I was going to put in the car. (The 428 SCJ engine does not go with the car but will be for sale later. I can help load on any truck or trailer. Please ask any questions before you bid.
